We are looking to hire a Service Manager. Applicant should possess some knowledge of heavy truck repair. We are a full service Commercial Fleet truck, forklift, trailer, servicing company. We provide Maintenance Management, Preventive Services, Corrective Services and Emergency Road Service for commercial grade fleets and associated vehicles and trailers. Our service Manager is a full time position. Duties include but not limited to: Preparing Work orders for technicians, completing final invoices, record keeping, inventory management, phone contact and email contact with customers, multi tasking and problem saving of scheduling our mobile mechanics to be efficient and productive in our work. Supporting our customers and management, team building and conflict resolution. Past experience in a service department, parts counter, transportation fields are a plus. You must have proficient computer skills with excel, windows, excel, and be able to work with our management system. Phone skills and professional voice a must. Proper grammar and spelling required on invoices. Active senior citizen considered, we need mature, job completion skill operators. Training in our system and support will be provided to the candidate hired. You must be a individual who does not get tied up with unproductive events, our service manager is in charge of his location and needs to keep focus on completing work and assigning new work daily, along with other tasks during the day.
