This is a fairly standard windproof, weather-resistant softshell, that I got with the intention of using around town. The body fits me just fine; it seems like a fairly normal large. But the arms are a bit too short for my longer than average arms. So it's not going to work for me, but hopefully will work for you. Original list on these was $175, but this one is just $35, firm. Local sales only.
