This is a great workshop for pregnant mamas! Partners are welcome to come as well. In this workshop, we'll explore what mindfulness means for the expecting family and how it can help during this huge life transition--whether you are expecting your first child or adding siblings. Different mindfulness techniques will be examined with an opportunity to continue your practice at home. Pain management tools and basics once baby arrives will be reviewed. The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation. Wear comfortable clothes for sitting on the floor and bring a notebook for taking notes if desired.
