Join us for prenatal yoga classes! This is a recurring class on Wednesdays at 11 AM (60 minutes) and Saturdays at 12 PM (75 minutes). We have all the props you need as well as mats to borrow at the studio. Prepare for labor and parenthood. Relieve pregnancy discomforts. Build strength and find calm in a welcoming and supportive environment. Great for all trimesters and any level of yoga experience.
