Kickboxing / Thai Boxing/ "Dirty Boxing" All disciplines used for Self-Defense!
This class is unlike the ones that are termed " Cardio Kickboxing" It's the real deal.
All rounds are based off a 3 min/work and a 30 sec-1 min rest. You will be introduced to
various ways of striking, footwork, body movement and combination flows. In addition
you will be exposed to exercise circuits of strength, conditioning, resistance and endurance.
