I am a front-end web developer who is late to the game with Agentic Coding. I need to get caught up fast.

Looking for someone who help me understand the less-than-obvious power and features and Mainly Cursor AI agent, but also Claude code and Open Code.

I am looking for someone who has an expert-level understasnding of these concepts now.

Focus:

Cursor commands
Cursor Shell Commands
Cursor terminal
Cursor Sub-Agents
Cursor agent personas
.cursor/rules vs AGENTS.md
MCP servers

...and any equivalent concepts in Claude Code and Open Code, but Cursor is the first priority.

These do not need to be formal presentations. Sharing your screen with me and walking me through these concepts is perfectly fine. I am OK with a relaxed & informal approach.

What I need is probably more of a "Coach" than a tutor.
