High volume Dealership Call Center. We take inbound Service Department calls for multiple locations. Dealership Service Department or Call Center experience would be a plus. Looking for an energetic person that works well in a busy atmosphere, able to multitask and is adept to change.
The position requires; Excellent verbal communication and phone skills, dependable, ability to learn and use scripts, well spoken and able to work well under pressure. Good Computer and Internet skills, self starter, confident as well as ability to collaborate and interact well with our team. Should be able to work well under stress when communicating with customers and must understand what "putting the customer first" means.
Great hours for the right person.
Part Time hours; Monday - Friday 7am-1pm or 1pm-6pm and one Saturday a month.
Full Time Shift availability Monday- Friday 9am-6pm or 8:30pm-5:30pm and 2 Saturdays a month.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to the following;
Answer inbound dealership Service Department calls for multiple dealers
Make Service appointments
Field calls and answer questions for the Service Department.
30-50 Outbound Calls each day.
Must pass Background and Drug Screen.
