Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software such as Choice Advantage or similar systems
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
Perform laundry duties including folding and putting away sheets and towels
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
Work independently while ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.
Qualifications:
Dependability is a must- we need someone who is reliable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts
Previous hotel or customer service experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right person
Must be comfortable working a 8-10 hour shift
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry laundry as part of the job
A positive attitude is essential
