Previous owner purchased in 2008 and installed counters, cabinets, small fridge, sink, water pump and flooring for a house call veterinary practice. At that time the van exterior was gray/silver. Current owner purchased in 2017 for a house call veterinary practice and had the exterior professionally painted white before adding business graphics. Total Exterior professionally painted 2017.
Previous owner replaced engine in 2017 at ~100,000 miles, so the current engine only has about 110,000 miles
Transmission replaced in 2023 at ~150,000 miles, so the current transmission only has about 60,000 miles

Has German made Oris tow hitch receiver already installed. (Max Tow 5000lbs, Max Tongue weight 500lbs)
No body or undercarriage rust that I know of.
Interior space: 6 foot exact floor to ceiling. Lights and AC are no more than 2 inches down from ceiling.
Hinging the counter top allows for 7 foot long x 4 foot wide floor space. Would easily fit a cot/narrow single bed (not included) along the drivers side wall behind the drivers seat.

Shore power cord adaptor with 50' 10 gauge NEMA 5-15 three prong extension cord included - purchased Jan 2026. Has "Slow Starter" on the shore power cord to prevent Amp surges. Jackery 1500 battery bank purchased in Nov 2025 included. Has three 3 prong 110V AC outlets up to 1800W along with one USB-C and two USB charging ports.
Power redundancy: Internal Battery under the drivers side back cabinet has inverter and switch box. Battery will charge with shore power extension cord OR by the alternator when the engine is running. Internal battery powers the fridge, water pump, lights, and ceiling fan when engine is not on and when shore power is not plugged in. Internal battery lasts at least all day.... have always plugged in at night, so unsure how long the battery would last.
Back-up camera = camera needs to be replaced, but the wiring is good. Just need to switch the outside camera and the inside display using the already installed wiring that travels through the ceiling.
There is a diesel Power Tech Generator under the rear undercarriage just behind the rear tires. I have not cranked the generator since I bought the van in 2017. I have no idea if the generator works.
