This TV stand - bought at Best Buy one year ago - is designed to be set on a table (not for wall mounting). It rotates several degrees right and left (not dramatically, but enough for people in a room to watch). I believe all the hardware is there. It works perfectly and I am selling because I bought a wall-mounted bracket. The guys who installed my TV on the wall also removed the TV from this stand which is why I believe all the parts are there (I didn't remove the TV personally; but I doubt the Geek Square stole a bolt.
You can adjust the height of the TV on the stand from lower to higher and lower to higher. For sale is just the TV stand with attachment accessories.
As you can see from the photos, there are two bars that attach to the back of the TV, and those in turn attach to the mother bar which is the vertical one currently standing upright in the photo. My 55" TV never had a problem with this stand.
