Legacy Focus speakers in Rosewood. These are first generation in near mint condition. I am the second owner, had them about 20 years. Do some homework before considering purchase as they are a complex low impedance load and require an amplifier with
some serious current capability. Unless you just want to listen to the radio or watch a movie at low volume levels, don't bother using a typical consumer grade receiver to drive them. If you want room shaking home theater sound or concert level performance when listening to music, you will not be happy with general purpose receivers. Now if your receiver has all the surround decoding stuff you like and has "preamp" outputs, then connecting these as your front L&R main speakers using an external amp to drive them would make all the difference. You will be glad you did.... BTW, you will not need a subwoofer for most home theater setups.
They are currently in a "studio" at a buddy's house so we'll have to make arrangements for pickup but that should not be much of an issue. Be sure you have some serious manpower if you plan to move them yourself as they are about 180 lbs each.
