• Live in a modern co-living space with housing included
• Be the person who helps shape the day-to-day experience of the property
• Build relationships with residents and create a strong sense of community

This role is ideal for someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys being around people, while still keeping things professional and organized.

🛠️ What You’ll Actually Do

• Be a visible, approachable presence on-site
• Handle small issues quickly (locks, resets, simple fixes)
• Keep common areas clean, organized, and show-ready
• Walk the property and take care of issues before they become problems
• Help create simple monthly social moments (food, games, etc.)
• Support leasing by helping the property feel active and well-run

💵 Compensation

• Private room included
• Utilities, WiFi, and parking included
• Performance bonus: $300–$1,000/month

Bonus is tied to responsiveness, property condition, community engagement, and overall performance.

This is a performance-based housing role — not a passive free-rent arrangement.

📍 Schedule

• Part-time with flexible hours
• Must be available at least 3 full days per week
• Must be able to return on-site within 1 hour when needed
• You can have another job, but this role must remain a priority
