Operating as a full-scale brewery within a casual-service restaurant, we specialize in authentic, true-to-style brews and grass-fed, scratch-made burgers. We are searching for a dedicated individual to join us behind the bar, helping our customers discover what makes craft beer so exceptional.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a high-volume bar environment featuring craft beer and cocktails. In this role, you will become an expert on our menu through comprehensive training, including a hands-on learning day in the brewery. We are looking for someone who isn't just passionate about food and beer in general, but truly excited about OUR specific craft.
We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, though weekend availability is required. Our BEERtenders/Bartenders benefit from a shared tip pool, typically averaging $20 - $22 per hour including a base pay rate, along with a variety of fun and unique perks. We are located at 107 E. Parrish Street.
