We're looking for a dependable, high-energy barback to help keep the magic running.
About the Role
As our bar back, you'll be the essential support system for our bartenders, making sure the bar stays stocked, clean, and ready for service so we can keep delivering the top-of-the-line experience our guests love us for.
Responsibilities
• Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, and mixers throughout service
• Keep the bar area spotless and organized, including wiping down surfaces and clearing glassware
• Assist with opening and closing duties, setting up stations, breaking down the bar
• Retrieve and rotate stock from storage areas
• Empty trash and recycling as needed
• Support bartenders during busy periods and special events
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, bar mats, and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays (our hours are Thursday–Sunday)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stay cool when things get hot
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Genuine interest in cocktails, tea or the hospitality industry is a bonus
Compensation
• $75 per shift (approximately 7 hours) plus tips
• Available schedule Friday–Sunday
