NOW HIRING: COOKS & SERVERS – MOBILE FOOD CONCESSION
We are hiring experienced cooks and servers for festivals and large events.
COOK REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with propane deep fryers
• Knowledge of fried foods (including conch salad & conch fritters)
• Experience on a flat top grill
• Able to prepare hibachi-style platters with rice
• Fast-paced cooking for large crowds
SERVER REQUIREMENTS:
• Take orders and handle food service efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to stand for long hoursi
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Reliable transportation to and from events
• Must be on time, dependable, and professional
