Had found these like 20 years inside of our bricked over fireplace that I was told by a previous owner was sealed sometime in the 1940s so they’re at least that old but probably older than that, I always thought I would use one day but probably never will as the fireplace constructed in 1898 isn’t usable. Which are made out of solid brass which could use some polishing but think will clean up pretty nice if you’re willing to put a little elbow work into them. Pricing reasonably compared to similar ones we see for hundreds of dollars if you can use them.
