For sale - two (2) Wilderness Systems “Pungo 125” kayaks. Both boats are “as new”, and have never spent a night unsheltered. One boat is “Mango” and the other is “Breeze Blue”, otherwise, they are identical. We are selling these as a pair, with lots of extras (necessary safety & protective equipment) available. Both kayaks have been paddled only on Kerr Lake, and only on two occasions. Unfortunately, after years of sailing & power boating, we decided that paddling just wasn’t our cup of tea, so, they need a new home.
Should you be familiar, the Wilderness Systems Pungo is by far, one of the most popular recreational kayaks on the water, and the “125” is the newest and latest edition. The boat is 12 foot 6 inches long, with a very spacious cockpit (22.5” wide x 57.3” long). Despite the overall length, the boat weighs in at only around 50 lbs, with a 425 pound capacity. The Pungo comes with a super neat dashboard (completely removable), and the most comfortable seating platform you can find. The Phase3 Air Pro seat is generously padded and completely adjustable, matched with padded leg rests, and adjustable foot rests. You simply can’t find a better seating arrangement in a kayak. The boat also exhibits incredible primary and secondary stability (not tippy). These boats must to be seen. They are a great choice for years of recreational paddling.
IN ADDITION to the kayaks, we also have a couple of great Aqua-Bound paddles with paddle leashes, two RTIC soft side coolers, two ONYX paddling vests, and a couple of 20L dry bags, that are also available. We likewise have a very substantial kayak storage rack, which will also have to go. All in all, we can completely put you into kayaking, should you need any of these additional items. If not, no problem.
