Spacious brown microfiber sectional sofa set includes a large sectional, a matching loveseat, and a large rectangular ottoman. The upholstery is a soft, dark brown microfiber material. The sectional has a chaise lounge on one end. One of the back cushions has a significant tear at the seam where the stuffing is exposed, one has been pinned.

This set is well loved and reflected in condition.

Approx measurements:
Length of couch 120” with chaise 87”

Ottomans are 30” by 40” (2)

Loveseat is 74” by 37”

You will need lots of help moving, located in a walk out basement.
