A most unique 6-panel antique black lacquered Chinese screen with jade and gold leaf detailed landscapes depicting the court life of Geisha women. The lower portion of the screen features jade floral motifs. The back is covered with gold leaf designs to add another layer of interest when the screen is used as a room divider and can be seen on both sides...
