This lamp was over a billiard table when we bought our home; we don't have a billiard table so we eventually took it down.
While there is no brand marking, it is almost certainly the from the Phoenix Z-Lite collection, sold online, Home Depot, other places for $452. Works perfectly and looks totally new.
