GoodForm is a furniture manufacturer based in Youngstown, Ohio.
They also had a manufacturing Plant in Forest City, North Carolina during much of the 20th Century.
I would say the chair is circa 1970s.
The chair has a solid Aluminum Frame.
It is non-ferrous meaning it is non-magnetic and a more valuable metal than an iron based chair.
This also makes it lighter while still being very durable.
The money shot with the chair is the pierced back with is very iconic and Mid Century
The chair has it's original upholstery which is a blue and white woven tweed.
The chair is in excellent structural and aesthetic condition, and has normal wear consistent with it's 40+ years of age.

17 inches wide
19 inches deep
30 inches tall
*Seat height is 18 inches
*All heights are adjustable
The chair rolls, swivels and leans back.
There are springs to control tensions.
