The case is Museum Quality, and is constructed of solid wood and glass.
I believe the wood is solid birch with a mahogany stain.
The Display Case has a four legged base with stretchers for extra support and durablity,
The top is slanted.
Glass surrounds the case on three sides and the top. The case is designed to stand with it's back against a wall.
The back has a cloth back in Beige and a black formica floor.
This formica floor helps accentuate the pieces you are displaying. (You can, of course, put any fabric you desire to compliment the valuables you are displaying.
The case locks with a standard cylinder lock.
The slant top is hinged and has hydraulics on either side to hold the case up when you are arranging your items.
The display cabinet is in excellent condition as is ready to use in your home, business or institution.
