John Deere JS46 self-propelled push mower. I bought new from John Deere dealership many years ago. It cuts very good and cranks quickly. It does have bagger and has electric start although I don't normally use electric start since it does crank so easily. I have not been able to find key for electric start. It cranks so easy I've probably only used electric start 2 or 3 times over the years. I would think a key could be bought pretty cheap if needed. Mower is in pretty good condition. However, if someone uses self-propel option a lot, they probably need to adjust belt for that. Self-propel does work, it just isn't pulling real strong at this time.
