I run a lawn care company and at times, customers just want to get rid of their old equipment for one reason or other.

My daughters and I picked up 2 Troy Bilt Pony mowers recently.

This mower is about 4 yrs old and has been sitting outside covered. This mower had an issue with the flywheel whereas the press fit starter ring cracked on one side thus loosing the press fit on flywheel and would not allow the flywheel to spin when starter was engaged. I was able to cut this ring into two sections and weld it back onto the flywheel without any trouble. This ring is only engaged momentarily while starter is turning. The entire flywheel assembly is about $250 new from Troy Bilt and there might be used ones on the internet but I do not believe this will be an issue.

Other than that, the gas sat for at least 2yrs and congealed. I have an ultrasonic cleaner that was used after blowing out the carb with carb spray and the motor runs great without any hesitation.

The mower deck is pretty much rust free.

Mower comes with cover, original paperwork and new Interstate battery.

Price $550
