This is a one owner mower. Garage kept and properly maintained.
All 4 wheels and tires are BRAND NEW. The mower has a 42" cut and a 22 Hp Briggs and Stratton V-Twin, Hydrostatic Transmission. The motor is smooth and strong. Annual service including oil change (Mobil-1 10-30 synthetic), new spark plugs, air and fuel filter where just completed. This mower runs and looks great! It has a comfortable high-back seat and just under 300 hours run time. The old set of tires, replacement blades and some miscellaneous new parts come with it. The price is $1300 cash.
