This is a Might Mac hammermill based chipper. The best you can buy for a home garden. It starts with one pull and has a 10 hp engine that will destroy any tree and shrub cuttings into a fine mulch or dust. It has been an indispensable yard tool that works every spring and fall in a large 1 acre lot. Now that I have a truck and trailer to haul stuff away I do not need it anymore. Do not even try to compare this excellent machine to the stuff sold in Home depot. A new Mighty Mac (12P) (this very same, time honored model) sold by MacKissic Inc is priced $2500-$3000. This machine has very few hours since its been used at home, twice a year. The hammers have a lot of life in them and have not yet been rotated, which give them another lease of multiple years of life. This is a steal at this price.
