Couple looking for a studio or 1 to 2br apt or house in between Durham to Cary (and neighboring areas)/
Our lease is soon to be up and want a change from living with a roommate to our own private space.
Can be month to month, short term lease, and potentially one year lease+
Open to viewing. Love private landlords but open to corporate too
Ideally with dishwasher, laundry & dryer, parking space
Financially stable, both working, both quiet, respectful and very considerate artists, references available, currently in a 3br by the airport, looking for around this area down to Cary and open to Durham.
