For sale is a matching pair of vintage JBL Cabaret 4604B floor monitors.
These are the real deal, manufactured in August 1986. I have opened them up to verify the components, and they are loaded with the highly desirable original drivers.
Components Inside:
• Woofers: JBL E140-8 (15"). These are legendary instrument speakers known for massive punch and clarity. Often used by bassists and keyboardists.
• High Frequency: JBL 2425J Compression Drivers (16 Ohm) on 2370 Flat-Front Bi-Radial horns.
• Crossovers: Original JBL N4691 networks.
Condition:
Cabinets are road-worn with cosmetic scuffs and paint chips (see photos), but they are structurally solid. All drivers are original and working. Both have been tested and work perfected at all frequencies.
These are perfect for a studio, venue, or a bassist looking for that vintage JBL tone.
