We are a growing exterior cleaning & wood restoration company with more work than we can handle. We’re hiring independent-minded technicians and small crews who want consistent work and strong weekly income.

If you’ve been a supervisor, crew lead, or the hardest working person on your crew and are tired of dealing with people all day, this may be a better fit for you.
This is not a management position, but could evolve into one for the right person. You are not responsible for hiring, scheduling, or babysitting employees.
Instead, you focus on the work, stay productive, and your income is based on what you get done.
A lot of people who do well here are the ones who were the hardest workers on their team but got burned out managing others.
If you prefer working over managing and want to make strong money without the stress of being responsible for other people, you’ll likely do well here.
