Must have strong plumbing experience and know how to handle everything from installations, troubleshooting, diagnosing problems, repairs, replacements, leaks, clogs, water heaters, toilets, sinks, tubs, drains, pipes, and preventative maintenance.
Must be able to identify plumbing issues quickly and complete repairs correctly the first time. Property maintenance experience is preferred.
