Some evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise commercial cleaning staff across multiple locations.
- Train and onboard new employees.
- Recruit and interview candidates.
- Ensure all customer locations are properly staffed.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain service standards.
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Complete and close work orders.
- Submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with opening new accounts.
- Cover open shifts when necessary.
- Maintain company equipment and uphold company standards.
Qualifications
✔ Previous supervisory experience preferred (commercial cleaning is a plus).
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
✔ Excellent customer service skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
✔ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
✔ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
✔ Ability to pass a background check.
