Looking for a hands-on job where you can work outdoors, solve problems, and be part of a solid team? We’re hiring Irrigation General Labor to help install residential and commercial irrigation systems throughout the Triangle area.
Whether you’re experienced or looking to grow your skills, we’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to work.
Skills: Knowledge of irrigation components, PVC pipe repair, wiring, and controller programming.
Physical Ability: Ability to perform manual labor, including digging and lifting, in various weather conditions.

• Reliable and on time—every day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Professional and respectful with customers and team members
• At least 1 year of irrigation experience preferred but willing to train the right people
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
• Valid, clean North Carolina driver’s license ( a plus)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
