Summary

Responsibilities;
Perform fire and water damage restoration tasks with precision and care.
Execute mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments.
Perform tarping, board up, asbestos / lead abatement and carpet cleaning / reinstallation services
Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various construction tasks like demolition, mitigation, power washing and gutter cleaning.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and truck throughout all stages of restoration.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and needs.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Document work performed and report any issues or concerns promptly.
Preferred Experience;
Understanding of the restoration industry and best practices.
Familiarity with mold remediation techniques.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship.
Requirements;
Ability to learn fire restoration, water damage restoration, and related fields.
Dedication to customer service
Ability to pass a drug test
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Desire to continually learn new things
