Schedule:
First Day: 9:00 AM Start
Regular Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Approximately 40+ hours per week with overtime available

Sorters Needed asap to join the team at the Raleigh Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This position is responsible for sorting recyclable materials on a conveyor line and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
Responsibilities
Sort recyclable materials by type, size, and condition
Remove contaminants from conveyor lines
Feed materials onto conveyors
Stack boxes and skids as needed
Clean conveyor systems and surrounding work areas
Monitor equipment operation and report issues
Follow all safety procedures and site policies
Attend safety meetings and trainings
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or labor experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must follow all safety guidelines
Required PPE & Dress Code
✔ Steel-toed 6-inch lace-up boots (REQUIRED – No Exceptions)
✔ Long sleeve shirts required
✔ No hoodies with hanging strings
✔ No long hanging jewelry
✔ Safety equipment will be required on-site
Work Environment
Industrial recycling facility
Exposure to dust, noise, odors, and varying temperatures
Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
