Looking for a skilled, experienced skid steer operator to complete final grading on a residential property.
I already have a Bobcat 763 with metal tracks on-site. I need someone who knows how to use it properly, not someone learning on the job.
Scope includes:
Final grade shaping
Proper slope & drainage planning/execution
Spreading and blending fill
Topsoil placement and finish grading
You must:
Have real experience with grading and drainage (not just general machine operation)
Understand how to move water correctly away from structures
Be able to look at the site and make a plan, not wait for instructions
Have examples, references, or photos of past work
Not looking for:
First-timers
“I can figure it out” types
Anyone without grading-specific experience
