We’re a small licensed contractor and local developer building homes from the ground up in the Goldsboro / Dudley area.
We supply all materials — this position is labor only.
We are looking for an experienced Excavation & Grading Worker who can handle:
• Digging trenches for footings and utilities
• Site prep, grading, leveling, and compaction
• Shovel work, trenching, and cleanup
• Following layout lines and basic plans
• Working safely and efficiently around foundation crews
The ability to work independently is important.
Knowledge of North Carolina building code for footing depth and trench requirements is a plus.
We pay by the job, not hourly.
Pay is based on your reasonable rate multiplied by the expected time for each task — fair and transparent.
We pay out-of-pocket and take care of workers who stay loyal and do good work.
