Our company manages bank-owned properties and is currently seeking assistance with a property located in Durham, NC 27703. We are looking for a dependable candidate who is able to meet the following requirements:
The job includes the following:
* picking up keys from Keyhero machine - Lowe's or Homedepot
* purchasing and installing lockbox
* complete exterior and interior inspection photos
* sending photos through shared drives
