Seeking two solid small-business teams that are exceptional in exterior stucco/EIFS patch & exterior paint to service a Fortune 500 client with retail locations nationwide.
I have several independent contracting teams who know how to run an efficient business, travel to multiple states and are serious, focused and productive. I am seeking to add two additional Serious, High Performance teams with Precision Execution. Small businesses where the owner(s) are on the jobsite and are exceptional in their craft and work ethic.
Typical budgets for a 2-elevation location are:
* Removal & disposal of existing signage - $500 per elevation – optional scope
* Patch / repair / paint - $2500 per elevation – only scope is the upper 1/3 of each elevation
* Install banner - $250
* Note the budgets include labor, mobilization and materials
Solid truck or sprinter van with own equipment and comfortable working off a ladder and comfortable traveling to multiple surrounding states.
