We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to oversee and execute a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will manage projects, coordinate with team members, and ensure work meets our high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and custom woodworking.
Install, repair, and finish drywall to achieve smooth, professional surfaces.
Apply interior and exterior paint with precision, ensuring proper surface preparation and finish quality.
Execute minor plumbing tasks, such as installing fixtures, repairing leaks, or rough-in plumbing (preferred).
Handle basic electrical work, including installing outlets, switches, or light fixtures (preferred).
Lead and supervise small crews, delegating tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
Read and interpret sketches, and project plans.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Order materials and manage inventory to prevent delays.
Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems (preferred but not required).
Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks.
Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and paint sprayers.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
