Xpand Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking **Warehouse Associates** to join a growing team in **Raleigh, NC**. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, full-time employment with room for growth.
## Job Responsibilities:
* Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
* Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
* Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
* Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
## Qualifications:
✅ Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
✅ Basic computer skills are a plus
✅ Forklift experience is a plus but not required
