—24 foot extension ladder or taller
—Work car (four door sedan or pick-up truck, box truck) with extra passenger seats, and space for moving materials. Needs to have a closed bed if a pick-up truck
—Construction tools (including flooring, drywall, framing)
Short term: 1099 Contract
$11 per hour
$528 per month
12 hours per week
3 hours per day
4 days per week
Must have own liability and E&O (Errands and Omissions) insurance or purchase a policy.
