This is a brand-new PELLA window in its original factory wrap. I t's probably the best brand of windows on the market, but ask an expert. It wasn't needed for the remodel of our house. Window doesn't have flanges for new construction--it's for remodel work. I think the original cost was $465. Window measures 35.5 inches by 61.5 inches, so it's for a window opening of 36 x 62. If your window opening is a little different, you can furr it out and then put new molding around window inside and out(it would still save you a lot of money).
