I have around 900 of this particular size screw. a quantity of 25 is the minimal purchase at $10, buy all 900 for $125 is less than 14 cents each, over 90% off. The original box was open on the top since the 70s date (code 6/11/79) resulting in some dust. These type screws besides being stainless steel are more expensive to have extra holes cross drilled through the head, At McMaster-Carr less costly same size but coarse thread are $9.48 for five and have only two holes instead of six. The purpose of the holes is to safety wire the heads to eliminate any chance of them loosening such as in aircraft. I don't have certification on these for aircraft, these were originally purchased for a hostile environment for electrical/mechanical equipment down hole behind an oil well drill bit in an environment of up to a 100g force, 15000 PSI up to 275 degree F.
