2001 Honda CR500R. This was the last year of production for the CR500R. I’m ready to move on to my next project. Full nut and bolt restoration from the frame up. Powder coated frame and subframe. Forks were done by Race Tech. New Dunlop MX34 tires, tubes, rim bands, and rim locks. All new Pivot Works suspension bearings throughout. New Warp 9 wheels, hubs, spokes, rotors, etc. New Renthal bars. New Tusk levers and shifter. New Tusk HD clutch kit. New OEM rear brake rotor guard. New OEM brake hose guides. New OEM Honda cylinder and new OEM Honda cylinder head. New MSV billet water outlet, new MSV billet exhaust flange, new MSV billet case saver. New Pro Circuit Platinum pipe. New Pro Circuit silencer. New Keihin Airstriker 38mm carburetor with extra jet kit. New OEM clutch and throttle cables. New nickel plated engine bolt kit. New OEM reeds. Engine cases were glass bead blasted. New OEM transmission and crank bearings and gaskets and seals. OEM crank rebuilt and balanced with a Pro-X rod and bearing kit. New Vertex 89mm stock sized top end kit. Water pump rebuilt. New Boyesen case covers. New foot pegs, New OEM chain slider, new Outlaw Racing chain rollers, new DID factory chain. New Primary Drive chain guide. New Warp 9 rear sprocket, new JT front sprocket. New UFO plastics (stock style shroud graphics). New Work Racing Radiators. New OEM radiator louvers. New VMX fuel tank. New OEM fuel petcock. New OEM air filter. New NGK plug. New Tusk kill switch. New OEM warning labels. New reproduction year tag plate. New ODI lock on grips. New OEM Honda plastic fasteners. New OEM rubber tank strap. New Pro X brake pads. Cleaned and reconditioned swingarm. New OEM wheel bearings front and rear. I’m probably forgetting some things. I have most receipts and video of the crank rebuild as well. Zero hours on the bike. Bike will come with a lot of extras (CRF450 front end, triples, seat covers, nuclear red plastics, front and rear wheel, spare right side engine case, water pump housing, spare cylinder, spare new bearings in boxes, spare OEM carburetors, and two totes full of stuff). Will trade for a nice clean CR250 with money on your end. Also interested in Honda Rancher’s and Chevrolet Silverado’s or something of equal value.
