What You Will Do
Set up and run multi-head embroidery machines
Hoop and prep garments for production
Read and follow design specs for placement and alignment
Inspect your own work and catch defects before they move downstream
Handle routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
Track settings, inventory, and completed orders
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months in a production or manufacturing environment
Comfortable with basic math, fractions, inches, and degrees
Good hand dexterity, comfortable working with small tools, screws, needles, and thread
Can stand a full shift and lift 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to Durham, North Carolina
Embroidery or sewing experience is a plus, not a requirement
