Responsibilities
· Load film rolls and adjust film tension settings to maintain smooth operation and proper sealing alignment. Or cutting the cards on the production line.
· Operate and adjust overwrapping machinery or slitting machinery
· Troubleshoot mechanical and material issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or inconsistent wrapping, to reduce downtime.
· Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, lubricating moving parts, and checking heat-sealing elements.
· Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, form size) based on product and overwrap material specifications.
· Coordinate with upstream and downstream operators to ensure synchronized product flow and reduce bottlenecks on the line.
· Operate non-electric hand truck/manual pallet jacks
· Follow product labeling specifications and work instructions
Requirements
· 1 year warehouse/ manufacturing experience a plus.
· Apply basic mathematical skills in production tasks
· Ability to perform tasks while standing for extended periods
