We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator/CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring that products meet quality standards and are prepared for final packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on precision, safety, and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our production process. 1-2 years of prior experience in manufacturing or finishing operations is a plus. We have 1st and 2nd shift available.
Duties of the Machine Operator/CNC Machinist
Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and adherence to specifications
Use hand tools and finishing equipment to smooth, polish, or assemble components
Apply labels, decals, or protective coatings as needed
Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Document work performed and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors
Skills of the Machine Operator/CNC Machinist
Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
Ability to operate basic hand tools and finishing equipment safely
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Prior experience in manufacturing or finishing is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving production needs
At least one year of CNC Machine Operator experience
