I'm considering letting my awesome B-3P go, as long as it is to a good home :)
I would also consider a trade for a nice quality vintage B3 and a Leslie 122. Thinking a living room quality walnut or cherry. If trading, I would include my Leslie 3300 also.
This is one of the first digital versions from Hammond - they produced a line called the "New B-3" and this was the gigging model. It's been used by a church and by me (a combination of home studio and gigging). It has a few scuffs given its age, but is in great shape and built like a tank. It's a pretty unique model but plays and sounds like you'd expect from a Hammond B-3. This is the Mk I, I believe.
I didn't use the pedals too much, so built a custom cherry stand for the expression pedal, which I'll include. It does come with the original pedal board and the swell pedal can attach back to that easily if you prefer. Half moon switch also included.
I found that, with the right technique, I was able to move this instrument around alone using just a regular dolly - for those interested in gigging it. No music stand and the lid has been remade. Original bench included.
I've seen this model played by many of the greats - Chester Thompson (https://youtu.be/IDksWTzZQ2c?si=3OoCh5aaZewxBZeT&t=47), Neal Evans (Soulive - https://youtu.be/E9M12EU_4w4?si=8I0uD09-CPh0mH-5&t=120), and others.
I'm not planning to sell my Leslie, but you can try it out through the speaker to see how it sounds - really great!
Reach out with any questions. Not possible to ship this so local pickup from Durham, NC
