This power couple needs your attention to detail, great sense of humor, and can do attitude to round out the home office team.

We value our "A" players with performance bonuses and provide compensation commensurate with experience. This is not a remote job, although some duties can be addressed remotely.

We are currently traveling an average of one week a month for our client on sites and speeches.
To ensure your income is steady we typically prepare pre-assigned tasks to be executed during our travel weeks. We always check-in with you during travel weeks. High-touch communications at all times.

Job Expectations: Availability to work with us on-site in the home office in The Governors Club.

Our daily work schedule
Keep CRM up to date (We use Copper CRM)
Client calls and client follow through
Make sure we are moving forward on all current projects

➢ Follow up on promises to clients and others

Maintain a client promises list, etc.


➢ Keep office organized and impeccable

Create and maintain user-friendly filing systems both electronically and manually
Ensure office desk is clean and clear at the end of the day

➢ Proactive in getting things done

Follow up with marketing request materials
Assist in generating marketing communications
PowerPoint and other ongoing projects

➢ Ensure web is updated

➢ Establish daily communications with me while I am on the road - This is a critical element of
keeping momentum and clarity (It can be a daily three-minute call during the day)

➢ Assist in travel arrangements

Invoicing and maintenances of projections spreadsheet
