This position will serve as the administrative contact for all facility-related issues and perform other general clerical duties for company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Receptionist for front desk
Manage vendor list and place service calls as needed for areas such as, plumbing, electrical, heating/AC, etc. maintain facilities
Monitor the performance of contracted services such as, janitorial, landscaping, and uniform services
Assist in coordinating employee events such as, company holiday party, employee appreciation, etc.
Place orders for office supplies
Support Human Resources in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
• High school diploma required
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
